has extensive experience working as a Career Coach and Career Center Manager with one of the country’s largest outplacement firms. As a Senior Consultant, Eric worked with hundreds of job seekers individually and in groups, teaching them job search skills and coaching them through their interviews.
As a Clinical Psychologist, Eric has worked with both small and large companies. He has extensive background as an independent consultant and as an entrepreneur in the software industry. Eric is also accomplished in critical performance areas, such as human resources, legal requirements, team building, and maintaining a healthy and vibrant company culture.
Eric has been highly successful in helping diverse companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Bell Atlantic, Waste Management, Bell South, and Conrail to establish programs and services that improve business processes and enhance productivity.
Eric has authored two books: “What to Think, What to Do – 100+ Hints for Successful Interviewing;” and “What to Think, What to Do – 100+ Hints for Successful Networking.”
Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford, and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from American University. He is licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania, and he is certified in Positive Psychology Coaching.
