We have found that different browsers download files in slightly different ways. Here are some important guidelines:
1. It’s best to right-click (control-click on Mac) on the links below, then select the choice that lets you download the file to your computer. This choice has different names in different browsers; for example: “Save file as…”, “Save link as…”, “Save target as…”
2. Make sure that your files keep the exact filenames as downloaded. In particular, the filenames must have the proper extensions – “.docx” for Word documents, and “.xlxs” for Excel forms – otherwise, you may not be able to open and use the files correctly.
